We work from our Knysna Industria base and handle stainless projects for homes, lodges, body corporates and marine clients. We keep communication direct so you know who is handling the measuring, fabrication and installation.

We cover Knysna and the wider Garden Route, including Plettenberg Bay, Sedgefield, Wilderness, George and Mossel Bay. If you are just outside those areas, send the location anyway because we often plan work in the same run, which can save time and travel cost.

What To Include In Your Email
The more detail you send, the faster we can quote correctly. A short note with your location, what needs to be made or repaired, and whether it is for indoor, coastal or marine use helps us sort the materials and finish. Photos are very useful too, even if the site is still under construction.

Response Times And Site Visits
For most standard enquiries, expect a reply within 1 business day. Measuring appointments are arranged by email and depend on location and workload, with Knysna jobs often fitted in sooner than sites further along the coast. During busy periods or load-shedding interruptions, replies may take a little longer, but we do our best to keep clients updated.
Once we have the details, we can advise whether the work needs an on-site measure, shop drawings or a repair assessment first.
