1. Website access and acceptable use
You may use this website to learn about our stainless-steel services, submit an enquiry, and request a quote for work in Knysna, the Garden Route, and nearby areas. You must use the site lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt service, damage systems, or interfere with other users.
You may not misuse the site by trying to copy, alter, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You also may not use the site to send false information, unlawful content, or messages that could cause harm to our business, staff, or clients.
- Do not attempt to breach security or reverse engineer the site.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Do not submit an enquiry using another person’s details without permission.
2. Information, quotations, and project details
Information on this website is provided to help you understand the type of work we do, including balustrades, handrails, gates, marine fitouts, stainless repairs, and custom fabrication. Product descriptions, photos, dimensions, and service notes are intended for general guidance and may change without notice.
Any quotation issued by us will be based on the measurements, site conditions, finishes, access, hardware, and installation requirements available at the time. If site conditions differ from what was discussed, or if drawings and measurements change, the price, lead time, and scope may need to be adjusted.
- Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
- Final pricing may change after site measure, shop drawings, or material confirmation.
- All lead times are estimates and can be affected by weather, load shedding, supplier delays, or site readiness.
3. Orders, deposits, and cancellations
No work will commence until we have accepted the order, confirmed the scope, and where required received a deposit. For custom stainless work, deposits are often needed before materials are cut or fabricated, since parts are made to order and cannot always be returned to stock.
If you cancel after fabrication has started, you may remain liable for materials, labour, design time, site measuring, and any work already completed. If installation has been booked and the site is not ready on the agreed date, additional call-out or return visit charges may apply.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been procured.
- Cancellation fees may apply to made-to-measure items.
- Any changes requested after approval may delay delivery or installation.
4. Site access, installation, and client responsibilities
Where we provide onsite installation, you are responsible for giving safe access to the site, confirming clear working space, and making sure any required approvals are in place. This includes body corporate approval, homeowner consent, municipal requirements, and any site rules that apply to the property.
You must tell us about hidden services, structural defects, and any conditions that could affect installation, such as salt exposure near the coast, uneven walls, damp areas, or limited access for tools and vehicles. If an installation cannot proceed because the site is not ready, we may reschedule and charge for wasted time. Please note, our team may need power, water, or secure storage space on site depending on the job.
- Ensure the site is safe and accessible before installation day.
- Confirm measurements, finishes, and hardware before fabrication begins.
- Provide approvals, permits, or written consent where required.

Any drawings, shop details, concepts, or fabrication notes shared during a project remain our working material unless otherwise agreed in writing. If we prepare a concept or solution for your enquiry, it may not be reused by another party for another project without permission.
